LEAK DETECTION — CLIENT ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE AND TERMS

Please confirm receipt of this info sheet and kindly forward us your address to confirm your booking for residential leak detection.

Our rate is R1,850

Our rate includes: ACOUSTIC, TRACER GAS, VISUAL, THERMAL, PRESSURE AND MOISTURE TESTING.

Once payment is made we will provide a photographic report on findings accompanied with a repair quote.

FOR AN ACCURATE OUTCOME PLEASE ENSURE;

• Your dwelling has a working isolating shut off valve
• All water points need to be closed during the entire inspection.
• Geyser is turned on at least TWO HOURS before technicians arrive, for internal leaks only.
• ANY animals on the premises need to be put away or enclosed to ensure the safety of our technicians. Our technicians will not enter your property or any areas where animals are loose or able to reach our team. Our acoustic equipment is highly sensitive to dogs barking.
• Kindly allow our technicians to work alone and in silence, our specialist equipment such as acoustic and tracer gas implements need undisturbed concentration.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR CONSULTATION DOES NOT COVER:

1. A. Additional dwellings
2. B. Commercial or industrial properties. (Quoted separately)
3. C. Any waterproofing, roof, or balcony inspections

Please note: Although we strive to deliver the best possible service and pinpoint accuracy, our trusted technicians will do all the prescribed testing and fault finding on the appointment date.

A leak detection investigation is by all means a process of elimination and once a water leak/s has been found, the identification of any additional leaks would be subject to the repair of the initial leak, and further detection which will be quoted for.
