1. 1Leak detection is a process of elimination using specialised testing methods, experience and available equipment.
2. 2Leak detection and plumbing repairs are separate services unless specifically included in the quotation.
3. 3Reasonable access to the property and all relevant plumbing, valves, water meters, pumps, pools and equipment is required for testing.
4. 4Certain pipes may not be accurately traceable due to material, depth, obstructions or undocumented routes.
5. 5The standard pool leak detection rate covers a single pump; additional pumps, water features or non-standard installations may incur additional charges.
6. 6Photographic reports (where applicable) are generally issued within two business days of payment.
7. 7Retesting within 30 days of the original test may attract a retesting fee of 50% of the original detection charge.
8. 8Qualifying repairs performed by Source Leak Detection carry a 24-month workmanship guarantee on our workmanship.
9. 9Payment is due in accordance with the quotation or invoice; bookings are confirmed once the required deposit (where applicable) is received.
10. 10By accepting a quotation, making payment, booking an appointment or instructing Source Leak Detection to proceed, the client accepts these Service Terms.
